Phileas Fogg visited our school again, this time with the performance around the famous English poets emerged from World War I. The students enjoyed the fun but also moving performance, and made a very positive impression on the actors. We are very happy again with Phileas Fogg and our students! (RSG Broklede, Breukelen)

In January we had the pleasure of meeting two amazing people with the Romeo & Juliet show.
They managed to bring even the most shy and quiet students out of their shells. The two other amazing actor/actress that we met were our mentors for both of The Little Victorians shows.

The Phileas Fogg Theatre Company was with us again. They teach our students a great play in a very short time, in English! This is how students are engaged in theatre but at the same time are also immersed in the English language. Once again a success! (Kandinsky College, Nijmegen)
Last night's workshops at our school were absolutely awesome. The actors were really good and fun to work with. It was a delight to have parents as an audience again and they were really enthusiastic too. But most of all, the students loved the experience. The workshop Little Victorians pleasantly exceeded my expectations. The teachers simplified their use of language so everyone could understand. I learned a lot of English, about drama and practicing scenes but also about the Victorian times.
This is an experience I won't forget.

St. Nicolaaslyceum - Amsterdam Before our eyes, students of our bilingual classes are briefed by professional actors, before taking the stage where they transformed into actors and performed the play, depicting the life and times of poor Victorian children. Tonight, I had a wonderful time while doing the play in the theatre of Stedelijk Dalton Lyceum. It was learned in only one hour, and the play was taking in total a quarter! It's amazing to see you can do so much with so less! It was special to do for us, because we're Dutch and are following TTO lessons, but it was really easy to follow. Yesterday, our second year students from the bilingual department of the vwo, performed the Shakespeare play Romeo & Juliet.
The play was the finishing touch of the Shakespeare project the students have been working on for the past few weeks. The British actors from The Phileas Fogg Theatre took the lead and the result was marvellous! Sad enough, due to Corona virus there was no audience, but we filmed the performances so parents can watch it at home. (Teacher, Alphen aan den Rijn)

We had an outstanding evening, a first class night out! We didn’t really know what to expect, we thought we’d just go to our daughters’ school and watch ‘a performance’. Well, it was a performance, but it was so much more! We can seriously recommend this to any school anywhere outside the UK - and even in the UK itself.
